Bill-
PLEASE do more on longboard sailing.
I am in the dark and need to know more.
For example, my Starboard Mr. Easy, 12 ft, 34 inches wide,
has no centerboard…even tho it does have two mast mount fittings. I can sort of sail it….but it does a LOT of sideslipping. Is your experience with no centerboard? Does sinking the windward rail, etc actually work, or should I be
getting the Starboard 12 6 with operational centerboard?
Having fun tho just learning….knowing how to sail and knowing how to surf doeth not equal knowing how to windsurf. But after 3 days, I can get there and back just
so there’s no real tacking involved!
THANKS for your great publications, especially the e-mail versions so we don’t miss a post!
